Business Development Manager - B2B - Office Supplies - Excellent Commission

Our company offers full office fit out which include office supplies and furniture. Due to the continuous growth of our brand we require a highly motivated and competitive New Business Developer to target the SME sector and grow our market share.
What you will be expected to do:
- Generate new business leads in the SME sector
- Full sales cycle and generation of warm leads for field sales executives
- Manage existing accounts by upselling and maintain strong client relationships
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate with customers effectively using a variety of mediums
- Plan, organize and prioritize effectively and efficiently
- Work independently and seek out assistance as required

Who you are:
- At least 3 years sales experience in a role which requires New Business Development in the SME sector
- Experience in Office Supplies desirable but not essential
- Customer focused individual with the ability to generate new leads and identify key decision makers in an organisation
- Ability to empathise with customers in order to understand their needs
- Solution based creative individuals who have the ability to 'think outside the box'
- Competitive and independent self-starters who are highly motivated
- Excellent communicators with strong analytical skills
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
