CORPORATE SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
One of our clients is looking for a proactive and discreet person who can provide excellent customer service. The role will have a focus on helping customers to plan and book their detailed requirements for business travel promoting best practice in terms of safety, quality and customer service. A positive solution based approach, with a focus on building relationships and a best business outcome is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
-Effective implementation of corporate sales strategy at all points of the sales cycle.
-Plan and co-ordinate communication with clients with strategic goals in mind.
-Plan weekly tasks and to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
-Collaborate and co-ordinate with customer care team on opportunities for quotations and follow.
-Learn and execute effectively various touch point to add value and enhance customer experience.
-Prospecting to pursue leads, account management, networking and meetings including use of digital marketing & email campaigns.
-To establish realistic sales objectives for the month and an action plan to support reaching goals.
-Achieve forecasted sales by following (and, if necessary, adjusting) your written plan of action.
-Utilising CRM to prepare daily sales activities to include prospecting, follow-up, meetings and other sales activities.
-Provide weekly reports on activity and pipeline to leadership team utilising Salesforce.com.
-Participate in weekly sales meetings.
-Ensure utilisation of Salesforce.com and all activities are being executed according to plan.
-Constantly strive toward continuing professional growth.
-Work to improve your sales skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge.
-Participate in client functions.
-Collaborate with sales teams for client/prospect meetings.
-Prepare annual business plans.
-Additional project work will also be required.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 3 years corporate sales experience.
-Must have background in Travel/Business/Hotel industries.
-Proactive prospecting & networking skills.
-Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
-Proven leadership and ability to work independently and as a part of the team.
-Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
-Good financial acumen.
-Out of the box thinker
