Our client is a market-leading car rental company in Ireland. They are now looking for an Account Executive to join a new team working with one of their insurance partners.

As an Account Executive, you will take on a brand-new role that will see you providing courtesy cars for insurance customers.

Working from the insurance provider’s branch, you will act as the key liaison for between customers and our client. You will provide amazing levels of service, upsell additional products and ensure the account is managed highly effectively.

Building a strong working relationship with the insurer and their customers, you will:

- Submit all billing in an accurate and timely manner
- Develop processes to streamline activities
- Identify ways to reduce overall costs

To be considered, you will need:

- Previous account management or customer service experience ideally gained within a service delivery environment
- Fluent English communication skills

Conscientious and detail-oriented, as an Account Executive, you’ll have great problem-solving skills and will be able to work on your own initiative in a busy, time-bound environment.

Insurance experience would be beneficial.
