The Company: Our client, established for over 50 years is now a multi-billion global company within the IT, Datacentres and Process Automation Industries. Due to continual growth within the market, they are now looking for a Sales Manager to cover the 32 Counties, based in the greater Dublin area (Dublin, Meath, Kildare or Wicklow).
The Role: The successful Sales Manager will be responsible for selling a diverse range of equipment and solutions into Datacentres and Industrial markets. This is a pivotal role for the business where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Key Accounts. You will maintain and grow relationships with global distributors, dealing with procurement and C- level decision makers.
Managing a team of external sales throughout Ireland, you will execute the sales strategy and ensure sales revenue targets are achieved through coaching and development of the sales team.
The Candidate: We are looking to speak with experienced Sales Professionals who can demonstrate a proven track record of success and understanding of datacentres.
You will be a seasoned Sales Manager who can demonstrate experience managing a small team. You will have excellent business acumen, approachable with excellent attention to detail coupled with a natural flair for building long term relationships with global distributors.

Base Salary €60K- €65K , realistic commission €25k
