We are seeking a candidate with an unusual mix of inside sales & technical savvy for entry level positions. The candidate will also have customer service experience and is well suited to sales. Perhaps you have formal training in Helpdesk Support and ultimately wish to move into a client relationship position.
In other words you like fixing things AND showing people how to leverage technology. You're the one that spots commercial opportunities before everyone else. In essence IT & Social Media is your obsession and now it's time to get into a great company with real prospects.
That brings us to our client. This is a software company with 3000 customers worldwide and growing. You start out as a 1st Level Helpdesk Support Technician handling 25 incoming calls per day. After 9 months you move into a client relationship team with the focus now on marketing communications, sales and building client relationships. Expect to be in many different roles over the next few years as this company is really going places.
