Sales Executive, €35k base, €20k OTE + Benefits
We are looking for Sales Executives who are highly driven, self-motivated and passionate about the company, products & the clients that they service.
As a Sales Executive you will build long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships with clients & prospects. You will collaborate with Field Sales & Account Managers globally throughout the sales cycle to ensure revenue targets are delivered.
To succeed in this position you must have exceptional communication & problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable & organised with the ability to easily engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.
It is imperative that you have the ability to establish credibility by understanding your clients business challenges & needs.
- Manage large corporate accounts across Europe/UK
- Communicate with clients to understand the business challenges & needs
- Identify & manage growth opportunities
- Build & growth relationships with C Level Executives
- Work collaboratively with Field Sales & Account Managers
- Build & Manage Sales Pipeline
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills - fluent english is essential
- 2 years+ full sales cycle in a B2B environment, ideally SAAS
- Demonstratable track record of selling
- 3rd level degree desireable
