Inside Sales Manager
SalesOptimize is a high growth company specializing in lead generation for B2B companies who are selling products or services to online shops. We are looking for a highly Sales Manager to join our team. We are an approved client of Enterprise Ireland and Wayra UK. Over 90% of our sales are international.
Job Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for 10 sales people with 3 on UK and 7 on USA. All of the sales team are outbound sales as we selling our services to Fortune 500 and Enterprise Companies
Job Requirements:
· Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team.
· Ensuring the team meets the sales targets.
· Sales training, development, and performance management.
· A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector.
· Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.
· Developing and maintaining customer relationships
· Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.
· Handling customer complaints and enquiries.
· Monitoring random calls for quality assurance.
· Forecasting and analysing sales data.
· Regular reporting of KPI’s to directors
· Keeping to targets and managing KPI’s.

Requirements:
- Telesales experience
- English language fluency
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
- 5+ years proven in experience managing a team
- Self- motivated & driven
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and software applications ( The Internet, Mircosoft Office - Outlook, Powerpoint ,Word, Excel).
