This position involves:

* Providing back up and support to the MD, Sales and Operational staff
* Issuing invoices and travel documents to clients
* Providing precise quotations
* Ensuring highest standards of customer service are met
* Assisting in implementing promotions and sales drives
* Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date
* Working on social media platforms

Skills and Experience required:

* Self-Motivated
* Ideally looknig for a sporting background
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude
* High regard for customer service excellence
* Ability to multitask
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients, over the phone, face to face and online
* Enthusiastic and flexible team player who loves learning and taking on new challenges
* Exceptionally high levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team
* Very strong attention to detail
* Good understanding of social media tools, especially Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
* Totally proficient in Microsoft Office tools
* Must hold a valid driving license
