Project Manager – Business Process Improvement - N.Dublin - drive projects based on business requirements and improvements

Responsibilities

* Develop business relationships with new and existing customers
* Deliver business projects from conception through to implementation to imporve business process
* Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure input to project definition and realisation is achieved
* Accountable to meet stated project expectations
* Manage external factors such as planning and inspections of projects
* Developing the project plan, developing the scheduled of project activities, co-ordinating activities
* Deliver first class customer service at all times - ensuring improvment on customer expectations
* Increase business by maximising sales to each customer - through process improvement
* Inform customers on the technical benefits of our products
* End to end delivery of business projects within a fast paced, dynamic, client driven environment
* Manage and deliver projects on time, to budget and specification, while ensuring proactive communication and accurate reporting of project status to stakeholders

Skills & Experience

* Cert, Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
* Exceptional Project Management and customer support skills with demonstrated experience of managing projects in a fast paced, changing environment
* Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft excel
* Hands on with the ability to multitask and to ensure projects are carried out to high standard
* Identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities
* Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills
* Resilient, flexible and pro-active attitude with strong commercial awareness
* Ability to embrace new ideas/initiatives when they arise
* Proven track record of supplier evaluation, negotiation and selection
* Evaluate and make recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate
