My client based in Limerick City is currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Take sales enquiries over the phone. Review and action sales leads received via email and comparison sites.
* Update system with lead details.
* Contact all enquiry clients to discuss and assess requirements.
* Prepare quotation and correspondence.
* Submit quotation accompanied by sales letter detailing all inclusions and exclusions.
* Follow up with client to secure move.
* Prepare job sheet documentation and forward to Operations Department.
* Invoice client and ensure payment is received.
* Maximise opportunities to secure target revenue.
* Should have experience in transport and dispatch
* Good office skills administration and recording keeping
