Our client is a leading insurance supplier. A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team in Dublin.

You’ll have the chance to act as the friendly voice of the business and facilitate the success of our client’s Customer Service function.
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll deliver a high-quality service to customers and promote our client’s range of travel and niche insurance products.
Responding to a range of telephone and email queries, you’ll communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner and ensure that any issues are fully resolved.
You’ll refer queries to Underwriters and communicate underwriting decisions to your team. Additionally, you’ll assist with internal department queries and ensure that our client’s data protection protocol is adhered to.
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need at least two years’ customer service experience gained within a call centre environment. A positive, ‘can do’ attitude and excellent communication skills are also key.
Enthusiastic and personable, as a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be able to work well, both individually and as part of a team. You’ll also have a flexible approach, strong work ethic and a great eye for detail.
Experience gained within the insurance industry would also be beneficial.
