The Role

Due to the continued expansion of PhoneWatch across Ireland we are now looking for a Winback Field Agent to join our well-established Winback Team. This is an exciting and fast paced role working as a brand ambassador for Ireland’s no.1 home security provider.


We provide a company vehicle and all the tools and training needed in the role along with a fun and rewarding work environment. If you have field sales Winback experience and a great attitude we want to hear from you today!


What will I be doing?

·         Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

·         Achieve the target conversion rates set

·         Adhere to the sales compliance rules at all times

·         To ensure all sales are generated in line with our quality standards

·         Provide a high level of customer service to new and existing clients

·         Act as a brand ambassador for PhoneWatch

·         Reporting on weekly and monthly activity

·         Reporting insights and analysis on competitor activity

·         Work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary.



The Right Person

·         Proven track record in field sales

·         Winback experience is preferable

·         Ambitious, enthusiastic and outgoing with a passion for sales

·         A motivated self-starter

·         Excellent communication skills and an ability to build instant rapport with customers

·         Target driven

·         Good administrative and reporting skills

·         Full clean drivers licence is essential



Eligibility, Location & Remuneration:

This role has an attractive remuneration and commission package and will be based nationwide.
