Responsibilities

* You will act as the first point of contact, serving Clients and Customers
* Ensuring the efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries regarding hardware products
* Attend to Counter Sales - ensuring high level of customer care attention to detail
* Dealing with Telephone enquires in a courteous and efficient manner
* Day to day quotations -Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary.
* Merchandising of stock as required
* Stock Control, Stock Taking and ensuring all deliveries are accurate

Skills and Experience Required

* Experience in a similar role is a advantage
* Knowledge of domestic hardware highly desirable
* Excellent organisational and inter-personal skills, ability to work in a busy environment
* Computer literate with ability to work well within a team environment
