We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join our well established client within the Plant & Tool hire industry.

The chosen candidate will be responsibility for the company’s sales activities in the Dublin region. The role is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious, highly professional sales manager to enter a rapidly expanding company operating in a high growth market. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the company and play a vital role in its on-going success. The sales manager will take responsibility for sales and provide account management for all existing directly-supported accounts and partners.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* To proactively market for new customers
* Ensuring all areas are performing to their maximum potential
* With line management, develop corrective actions so sales and gross margin objectives continue to be attainable.
* Create and maintain excellent relationships with customers
* Feedback information to the Sales & Marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Must be target driven and can show previous results
* Minimum 3 years’ sales experience and demonstrated success
* Experience within the Plant & Tool hire industry or hardware industry would be a bonus
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Current driving licence
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English).
* A track record of delivering sales growth
