* Technical Consultant / Clinical Support Specialist - Neurovascular
The Company
Established for over 70 years, our client is a powerhouse in the medical device industry.
Product. The company manufacture medical devices in a variety of different disciplines and are highly regarded by healthcare professionals around the world over for not only their innovation, but their customer centric approach. They now seek to hire a Technical Consultant into their team in Ireland.
The Role – Technical Consultant - Neurovascular
Territory = Republic of Ireland
The Technical consultant will be responsible for providing clinical support for the Neurovascular product range to healthcare professionals in hospitals throughout Ireland. Their product range includes anything from coils and catheters to flow diverters and revascularization devices. You will be spending most of your time supporting case work throughout the territory, which will see you spend the majority of your time in theatre and Cath labs. Your main point of contacts will be Neurology consultants and surgeons, as well as theatre managers and clinical nurses.
The Candidate
We are looking for someone who, ideally has worked in a similar clinical support role in the past. Exposure to Neurology and/or Neurovascular surgery/therapies is highly desired.
Candidates with no commercial experience, but have worked in the healthcare sector in a specialist or surgically related role clinical role i.e. theatre nurse, clinical nurse specialist, are welcome.
The successful candidate can ideally portray strong relationship management abilities with
excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be driven, ambitious and self-motivated.
