A Global IT leader is expanding its sales division due to its formidable success over the past year and as such they require a talented, outgoing individual to join their new sales renewals team.
They are looking for a Renewals Sales Executive, ideally with previous experience in a similar role, but more importantly is fluent in Arabic OR Turkish. You will have excellent communication, time management and presentation skills with a natural ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of seniority.
This role will see you:
- Engage with customers, internal employees and partners on a daily basis via telephone and email
- Close renewal opportunities though structured sales methods.
- Develop relationships with key customer contacts to ensure business growth
- manage post sales activities to ensure repeat business with valued customers.
You must have:
- Experience in any of the following roles: renewals; business development; sales support; telesales; inside sales; account management
- Working in a B2B environment
- Speak fluent Arabic OR Turkish
- Have a desire to progress within an established IT organisation
