Sales Operations Data Analyst

Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the internet and online technologies as we know it.

They require a Sales Operations Data Analyst with 3 years plus working with data insights role OR 3 years plus working within broader advertiser and publisher business and have a natural love of data and how it can be used to improve performance.

Initially on a temporary contract, responsible for sales operations, which supports the sales activities and tracking of an important portion of the business.

Must Have Skills:

* At least 3 years of industry experience.
* A good understanding of the broader advertiser and publisher business.
* Familiar with customer relationship management tools (CRM) development and/or administration.
* Capable of writing complex SQL queries
* Know-how organizing data to make it easily accessible for the broader business.
* Excellent and project management skills.
* Strong excellent communication skills including presentations.

The Job Will Include:

* Assess the current sales operations activities across OPG.
* Oversee teams recently migrated to the new CRM tool to identify and drive improvements to processes and workflows.
* Liaise with global stakeholders to understand business needs & design longer term sustainable and effective solution for sales operations support for OPG.
* Offer feedback on the new CRM systems.
* Assist the planning and sales operations to ensure smooth implementation and tracking of the plan once created.
