Our client is an innovative publishing group that has evolved into a leading supplier of beautiful products that celebrate human artistry and craft. They are now looking for a bilingual Sales Operations Executive to join their talented team.
Based in a stimulating, sociable office, our client offers a plethora of fantastic learning and development opportunities, as well as the chance to facilitate their future success within the EMEA market.
As a Sales Operations Executive, you will support the sales process and provide an outstanding level of service to our client’s French speaking customers.
You will respond to customer queries via telephone and email channels, as well as liaising with members of the Sales Team to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
Verifying deliveries and receipts, you will assist with logistics by processing orders, monitoring stock levels and checking product availability.
Additionally, you will update customer records in our client’s internal database and assist with credit control activities.
Interested? To be considered for this role, you will need:
- At least two years’ experience in a customer service role
- Fluency in French, in addition to English
Self-motivated and organised, as a Sales Operations Executive, you will be a proactive team player with exceptional communication skills. You will also have superb prioritisation and multi-tasking abilities.
