TitanHQ are now looking to add to our Sales team with the addition on an Inside Sales representative. The successful candidate with have excelled in a similar role in the sales or software industry and will be of graduate level with several years experience exceeding targets in a sales role in the B2B market. This is an exciting opportunity which will suit someone eager to take that next step in their career in an online business. The role will provide exposure to all elements of the business with excellent opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

• Actively promoting SpamTitan and WebTitan among our customers.
• Maintaining a sales pipeline derived from inbound least and software renewals.
• Liaising with existing and new customers over the phone and email to ensure the highest levels of customer product satisfaction.
• Converting inbound leads to product evaluations and sale.
• Cross selling to our existing customer base.
• Maintaining customer software renewals.
• Working to strict targets and deadlines.
• Updating customer database.
• Producing weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• Degree level qualification, IT discipline an advantage.
• 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work in sales focused environment.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience’
