Because our client has got big plans to grow their sales network. To help them do so they’re looking for ambitious and driven individuals to work within their community/sales team.

As a Field Sales Assistant, you’ll be visiting people in residential environments. There, you’ll promote and sell and range of their clients products and services. You don’t need to be a genius or a sales expert- they’ll provide all the coaching you guys need to keep up to speed with everything.

They will provide you with the territory, all you need to do is plan your route, decide a time and hit the road!

When you knock on a door, people won’t always be interested straight away – but you’ll ask the right questions to gain their attention…and their trust. And when it comes to objections – you’ll never be too pushy…customer service is in the heart of their sales business.

Some of the most successful Sales Assistants come from a variety of different backgrounds, not just sales, which is why our client believes experience isn’t the key to success. A confident, friendly and warm hearted attitude on the other hand definitely is! However flexibility is a must as you may get your best sales results working outside the office hours and during the weekend.

They will provide all of the required collateral including branded clothing, tablets and branded merchandise.
