§ Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all its regions
§ Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation
§ Responsible for budgetary planning and adherence for Field Sales team
§ Review the recruitment, development and training of all field sales colleagues and if required change to meet current business needs.
§ Monitor and develop the Quality assurance of team processes and procedures setting activity benchmarks and maintaining consistency nationally.
§ Review and conduct Performance management issues as required.
§ Ensure that all Field Sales colleagues receive Annual appraisal as set out by the company and quality is consistent throughout Ireland.
§ Ensure effective communication is maintained with Key Accounts Department.
§ Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with sales team.
§ Attend monthly review meeting with Head Of Irish Operations.
§ Schedule & conduct quarterly sales meetings with sales team
§ Provide regular feedback on current trading conditions and competitor activity.
§ To adhere to all reasonable and agreed activity targets set by the Head Of Irish Operations surrounding the Key Performance Areas, which are deemed vital for sales success
§ Visits to large existing accounts or high potential customers as required
§ Provide Weekly & Monthly Activity Report to Head Of Irish Operations summarising all sales activities and detailing developments within teams.
§ Ad-hoc duties, projects and responsibilities within defined areas of responsibility and where the jobholder has had the appropriate training.
