Internal Business Development : Dublin City
* Identify quality leads/sales opportunities through existing web and marketing programs
* Interacting with clients on a daily basis and working as team to exceed quarterly revenue target
* Responsible for selling software and services solutions primarily by telephone, email and webinar to the global market
* Managing and develop long-lasting business relationships with global clients
* Sell our software and into the global aviation market.
* Engage prospective customers, prepare and present demonstrations of solutions, and manage the sales cycle
* Working closely with our Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Professional Services teams to strategize on account growth, prepare proposals, and share customer needs & successes.
* Answer technical questions and conduct product demonstrations
* Maintain detailed records of activities in CRM
* Overseas travel to support sales and marketing activities (approx. 3-6 per year)
* Communicate market needs to inside team (Product Managers and Engineering) to ensure our long-term competitive edge
Requirements
* 3+ years sales experience in the enterprise software industry
* Exceptional track record of quota and goal achievement
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
* Strong verbal / written communication skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Ability to engage potential clients and communicate effectively via telephone and webinar
* Experience with CRM systems, and the ability to prospect using social media.
* Experience with document management or technical publications systems - Highly Desirable
* Experience with airline software or aviation industry – Highly Desirable
