Sales Manager required by a global IT Sales company in Galway. You will initially manage a team of 15+ multi-lingual Inbound Sales Consultants which will include hiring and coaching, growing pipeline and performance management. You will also grow the team.
Experience / Skills Required
- Experience managing sales teams of 10+ people
- Experience working in a fast-paced, sales environment
- Sales and / or Service Delivery experience.
- Experience working with corporate technology accounts.
- Must be able to multi-task, learn quickly, and possess strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
- IT sales experience and knowledge of the Cloud (Azure, AWS) is desirable
- University degree required.
