Who are we?

Tea and Coffee wholesale supply business based in Dublin and Kildare town looking for an experienced Retail Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team. Our company was established in 2006, since then we supply more than 200 varieties of plain and flavored teas, range of coffee beans including single origin, flavored and espresso. We supply hotels and catering businesses in Dublin  and nationwide.

We are looking to recruit an individual who can drive corporate relationships and seize growth opportunities, building upon strategic partnership arrangements and networking throughout the industry for future partnership opportunities. This role is responsible for planning and directing aggressive growth for the Irish and International Businesses. If you are ambitious, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your sales career, selling our strong range of products to buyers across the Retail businesses in Dublin’s city centre. 

 

In this role you will:

·         Generate leads and set your own appointments with prospective clients within the Retail industry nationally (and possibly internationally) through effective territory management including referrals, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings with clients.

·         Develop excellent working relationships with corporate clients, providing appropriate commercial solutions whilst maximising revenue.

·         Establish and build a quality client portfolio.

·         Create written communication, proposals and presentations to a professional level.

·         Negotiate of complex packages with senior stakeholders.

·         Meet and exceed all KPI's and Revenue targets.

 

The Ideal Candidate has:

·         Knowledge of and experience in retail industry

·         At least a few years B2B sales/business development experience.

·         Academic working and thinking level

·         Fluent in English (verbal and written)

·         Experience in international service oriented working environment

·         Committed, hard-working, innovative and money motivated

·         Excellent time management skills.

·         Professional appearance

·         Own transport (all other expenses will be reimbursed)
