Renewal Sales Specialist - Fluent English AND Swedish & Finnish or German
Our client based in Dublin City are looking for a motivated, proactive, ambitious Renewal Sales Specialist with fluent Swedish & Finnish to join their Sales HQ.
This very successful multinational are renowned for their market leading software and their commitment to their employees career development.
Responsibilities
- Drive Renewals of Software Support & Maintenance Contracts with existing customers
- Promote value proposition of upgrades and renewals and hand over to Inside Sales Teams to close
- Develop strong relationships with Partners
- Support Customers & Partners to ensure smooth renewal process
- Provide and generate quotes support and maintenance sales opportunities
- Utilise CRM system to manage and optimise opportunities and track renewal stages
- Generate reports for Management
Experience Required
- Fluency in English and Swedish & Finnish or German
- Demonstrated ability of engaging effectively with customers over the phone
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a telesales or renewals environment
