Business Development Executive

Brightwater are delighted to announce that our client, leaders in their sector, are looking to add to their team in Central Dublin with the addition of a Business Development Associate. This would be a great step for anyone with inside sales experience seeking to eventually become a SaaS based Account Executive or leader in sales. Responsibilities:
- Qualify sales organisations that would be a good fit for their membership.
- Generate interest in their offering through outbound calls and emails and quality activities daily
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and via e-mail and social media engagement
- Work with a monthly target for meetings and new memberships
- Develop and sustain knowledge of the companies offerings and associated events, can position the benefits and value of their membership to their target organisations
- Schedule appointments between prospects and commercial team
- Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts
- Reports to the Commercial Directors
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree strongly preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting preferred
- Lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing experience desired
- HubSpot CRM Experience preferred
- 1-2 years inside sales experience selling software or software-as-a-service
- Attention to detail in working with internal systems (CRM, SFA, etc.).
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
- Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment.
Renumeration
· €35,000-€40,000 OTE €60,000+
