Due to recent growth, we currently have a new permanent full-time position available within FRS Recruitment for a Recruitment Consultant to join us!
This position will be based out of the Limerick office.
FRS Recruitment is established since 1980 and has ten offices nationally with superb coverage nationally and across every possible sector of recruitment!
Areas of responsibility will include:
* Sourcing of relevant talent, presentation of CVs to client companies and the management of the process right through to offer stage
* Building client relationships through the provision of a professional recruitment service and the winning of future business
* Providing exceptional levels of service throughout to ensure market share growth continues
* Building rapport with client companies and also amongst the business community within the Mid-West region
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
* Proven track record in achieving targets within a sales related environment
* Have an enthusiastic and positive attitude along with a strong level of resilience
* Hold a third level degree in a business-related area
Essentially, this role is ideally suited to an ambitious, driven individual who wants to establish themselves within business and become a success professionally.
