The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing existing and new clients in Ireland across all areas/solution provisions that TORI Global operate in & potentially in new Sectors. They will actively look to develop new business opportunities as well as maximizing existing activity. They will act as a primary point of contact for Sales to Clients & ensure there is a full understanding of all service offerings.
Manage & develop existing and new Clients in Ireland, with a view to maximizing the potential revenue opportunities therein.
Management of all related Business Development/Sales activities in Ireland with a key focus to further development of existing engagements with current Clients and building revenue opportunities in the Client base.
Develop the Business Development/Sales opportunities for TORI Global in Ireland within current Client base and in new sectors, identifying & opening up target markets and accounts.
Manage & be responsible for new business development processes, including new Client contacts, canvassing and meeting generation.
Developing strong client relations at senior executive and CXO levels, developing new business insights & opportunities, and working with the wider business to deliver practical, implementable solutions.
Generating leads by interacting with existing and new clients, working with sales executives to arrange qualified meetings for the Practice leads and SME’s.
Working effectively with TORI Global Practice leads and Consultants to ensure effective propositions are communicated to Clients.
Involvement in Tori responses to RFI/RFPs, working with the Practice Leads and SME’s to ensure our proposals are presented in a professional manner, increasing the probability of success.
Responsible for the effective use of the Salesforce platform within the company, maintaining high quality data to support marketing, prospecting and the management of all sales opportunities and engagements.
Creating all Sales MI for the business, and using this to drive operational decisions and to help shape the growth strategy of the business.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven track record of successfully developing & winning business at a top tier services / consulting firm with an exceptional track record of revenue creation in Business development, in a relevant Industry area in Ireland.
Extensive Business Development/Sales background in B2B high value Service Solutions in the Financial Services arena or a related marketplace. Or have a strong Client Services / Relationship Management profile.
Highly developed networking skills & an established network of contacts in Ireland would be very advantageous. Proven record of developing consultancy advisory or related business at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels.
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrable ability to achieve goals and financial targets, with the ability to find innovative solutions in order to develop opportunities and bring these to fruition.
Sales & Business development track record will be more important than educational profile, however they will need excellent problem-solving, solution provision & commercial minded skills, combined with the ability to win & evolve business.
