Our client is seeking a Sales Account Manager with video surveillance (CCTV) background. In essence the role is concerned with communicating technical sales advice to UK & Ire customers, preparation of sales proposals & customer service. The salary range will depend on experience levels and likely to be up to €40k DOE.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Updates technical, sales and business knowledge through ongoing industry research.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals.
- Process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create reports that may be required in order to assist sales team, act as sales support.
- Liaise with customers daily to communicate lead times, ETA’s and maintain a backorder report.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Launch sales promotions to reduce stock levels.
- Making sales calls to the client base.

- Comfortable making Cold Calls over the phone
- Discipline to enter and maintain lead data in a CRM system
