Beechfield Healthcare have recently been appointed distributors in Ireland for the full portfolio of Sidhil products.  We are now seeking to appoint a Sales Specialist to promote this extensive product ranges to Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Community Care Facilities.  This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious sales professional.  This position offers excellent progression and earning opportunities.

 

The Role

We are currently seeking a Bed & Pressure Care Sales Specialist to sell a wide range of Sidhil beds and pressure care products. While predominately targeting hospitals, you will also be dealing with nursing homes and community care while liaising with procurement, ward managers, infection control, bio-engineering, etc. within the sales ecosystem. This position is mainly focused on new business development with some account management.  Initially this individual will be covering all of the ROI territory.

 

We are looking for an individual who meet’s the following criteria:

  Healthcare Sales Experience in an Acute Setting

  Excellent Commercial Acumen

  Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills

  You must be Driven, Ambitious and Self-Motivated

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  Work on your own initiative to see opportunities and convert them into sales.

  Pitch, present, demonstrate and secure orders

  Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships.

  Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.

  Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial enquiries.

  Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility.

  New business development.

  Determination of new client and market potential.

  Systematic collection, presentation and interpretation of market and competitor information.

  Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the market place.

  Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility.

  Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings
