Our client is a leading software organisation and due to continued growth, they are seeking to hire a Telesales Executive. For this role, you must have excellent phone manner, with at least 1 year's telesales experience and be driven to succeed. If you are ambitious; driven and want to earn strong commission - this could be the role for you!
The ideal candidate to fill this role is a classic relationship handler and can instantly build rapport and competently follow up on all inquiries. Experience is a must along with maturity. You will already be a classic Telesales person but in the market for a professional & pleasant work environment. There will be some variety to the role as you may be asked to attend UK 3/4 exhibitions annually.
The salary is €27k and everyone earns between €35k - €40k OTE. Although the client is located in city centre, applications will be welcome from experienced personnel who wish to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive account management of the existing business customer base
- Identification of possible 'up-selling' opportunities, through remote account reviews
- Setting of appointments for the business direct sales team when 'up-selling' opportunities have been identified and a customer visit is required
- Retention of business customers via pro-active and re-active actions
- Responding to email enquiries from existing business customers in a timely and professional manner
- Actively contribute to the development of the team culture
- Reporting activity and potential 'up-sell' pipeline to Team Leader / Sales Manager on a weekly basis
- Attendance of regular team meetings
- To continually represent the Company with honesty, integrity, and good presentation
Experience Required:
- Proven track record of Business to Business sales and/or phone based account management
- Proven Business customer services / account management experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Experience of working within a telesales environment
