Our client is looking for a high-performing Internal Sales Manager to oversee and grow a team of telesales and inside sales staff and to help meet business demand and revenue growth targets

A strong focus is required on setting the teams:

  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly KPI’s.
  • Conversion rates from leads to closed won sales
  • Call ratios – qualifying and closing calls
  • Sales Targets – account acquisition / RGU per account
  • Activity levels – sales pipeline management

The individual will, design and implement a strategic sales plan, owning, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance management of the team. They will manage a growing team in a fast-paced start up business

The individual will work with the other areas of the business to ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the marketplace
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the senior management team

Preferred Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ previous experience as a call centre sales manager or Sales Team Leader
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
