Our client, a leading Telecoms business are seeking talented and experienced business account managers to provide account management support, as part of a telesales team, to business accounts.   

Principal Responsibilities:

·         Regular contact with Business Broadband and Voice customers throughout a 12 month period dependent on size of customer

·         Identification of possible ‘up-selling’ opportunities, through remote account reviews

·         Setting of appointments for the Business direct sales team when ‘up-selling’ opportunities have been identified and a customer visit is required

·         Retention of Business customers via pro-active and re-active actions

·         Responding to e-mail enquiries from existing Business customers in a timely and professional manner

·         Actively contribute to the development of our team culture

·         Reporting activity and potential ‘up-sell’ pipeline to Team Leader / Sales Manager on a weekly basis

·         To carry out all tasks within Company policies and procedures which are updated from time to time


Person Specification:
Proven track record of Business to Business sales and/or phone based account management

·         Proven Business customer services / account management experience

·         Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets

·         Good knowledge of Broadband and the competitive market (preferable)

·         Experience of working within a telesales environment


·         Team player - working in co-operation with colleagues Excellent telephone manner

·         Excellent customer services

·         Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills
