I have an immediate requirement for a high energy, ambitions individual to join a very successful sales team

The Lead Development Representative (LDR) - is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating new Marketing Qualified Leads 

Responsibilities 

• Heavy outbound cold/warm calling to properly pre-qualify sales leads (70+ Calls per day)
• Contact prospects to gain clear understanding of buying needs and timeframe
• Schedule follow-up conference calls between prospects and Sales team as appropriate

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of related experience in B2B telephone outbound selling, preferably in the IT, software  market.
• Experience with SalesForce.com preferred
• Detail and results-oriented
• Works well under pressure
