Our client is a leading HVAC/refrigeration contractor. They are now looking for a number of Business Development Executives to join their team.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be tasked with spearheading expansion into new markets and growing sales within existing accounts.
Strengthening the Sales Team, you will build customer relationships, drive performance and sales success and act as a Key Account Manager for major customers.
Identifying decision makers within key accounts and potential new customers, you will cultivate relationships with them and create, negotiate and close commercial agreements.
Additionally, your role will involve:
- Implementing effective sales strategies
- Helping to organise events to engage customers and market the company
- Supporting digital marketing efforts
Interested? If so, you will need:
- Proven sales or business development experience including experience of working to targets, winning new business and increasing revenue through lead generation activity
- An understanding of the challenges facing the HVAC/refrigeration industry and an understanding of the operational attention required to succeed in such a space
- Good knowledge and experience of the HVAC, refrigeration or mechanical and electrical sectors
Alternatively, our client will also welcome applications from qualified refrigeration engineers who are looking to change career direction and move into a sales role.
Communicative and proactive, as a Business Development Executive, you will also need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Mentoring and leadership skills will be essential, as will the ability to work as part of a team.
