Currently, we are recruiting an experienced Retail Manager for a luxury brand to join a well established retailer in Limerick on a permanent full-time basis.

Areas of responsibility will include:

* Achieve budgeted sales targets
* Control costs with particular emphasis on salary budgets
* Responsible for the stock level controls within the retail outlet
* Ensure the delivery of a first class customer experience expected of a luxury brand
* Motivate, coach and develop team members
* Plan & execute marketing promotions expected of a luxury brand

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

* Have a minimum of two years of working within a senior retail management/supervisory role
* Have the ability to motivate and lead a retail team in achieving targets
* Experience in working with luxury brands
