Operations Manager (Hire)
Birmingham/Stoke on Trent/Cheshire (M6 corridor)
�40,000 - �50,000 per annum + Performance Related Bonus + Pension + Private Healthcare + 28 days holiday (rising to 33 days)

THE COMPANY: You will be working for a multimillion pound organisation that specialises in Hire equipment, handling some of the largest contracts within the UK, this business who are constantly looking to progress and develop the business.
The Role: In this role you will be overseeing the Multiple sites, from directly managing the Admin/Transport/Hire Desk teams and making sure they carry out the processes as well as managing the P&L and continuous site improvement and development. You will have direct control and responsibility for all operational activities ranging for planning, continuous improvement, staff training, recruitment, performance management, driving business forward, health and safety.
The Candidate: My client is looking for an experienced individual who is considered to be a calm and caring manager who can educate, motivate and develop internal teams. Have excellent written, verbal and communication skills as well as being highly organised, methodical and disciplined. Coming from a fast paced background in engineering or related would be ideal but the most important factors is someone who has managed multiple sites, has experience of P&L and STRONG man management. Hire background would be advantageous.
The Package for Operations Manager:
* Basic: �40-50k
* Performance related Bonus Scheme
* Hours: Monday to Friday 09:30 to 18:30
