This multinational technology giant are a leader in their field and expanding.
They are looking for French Renewal Sales Representatives ASAP
This is an initial 6 month contract. This roles involves dealing with their existing customer base and renewing their current contracts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual retention targets
- Sustain and renew client subscriptions
- Maintain a detailed account of daily activity and forecast deals
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professional via phone and email
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM system
- Customer Service experience a plus
- Technology sales background a bonus
