FIELD SALES CONSULTANTS We are now offering a Career Opportunity for individuals who would like to control their own earnings through a career in Sales. If you, possess strong people skills, have an excellent work ethic and would like the opportunity to have uncapped earnings this could be the opportunity for you!

THE ROLE

• By connecting with customers and making appointments at in-store locations you will control your time and only call to customer’s homes when they are seriously considering home improvements.
• At the appointment you will be focused on achieving the best result for the customer, offering the best solutions, ensuring the customers ideas meet with all safety and technical requirements, and avoiding possible future problems.
• By making the Home Improvements purchase as simple and enjoyable as possible, you will increase your sales and overtime an average of 30% of your business will come from previous customers.

Support:

• At Global we offer advanced personal sales coaching and mentoring.
• A six week personalised introductory course is designed to increase confidence, enhance natural strengths and maximise your potential to generate leads and achieve your goals.
• To ensure your success the course mixes learning and doing and includes actual lead generation at in-store locations on a daily basis.
• On completion the course you will have increased your ability to understand and engage with customers, present products and close sales, and even those without a sales background will be eager to take on the sales role.
