The Client:
Our Client is a leading name in employee benefits working with companies within both the public and private sector. Owned by a charity, this company has ethics and boasts a great working environment, with over half of its 75 staff having service upwards of ten years. Due to retirement, they are now looking for an Account Executive for the West/Midlands.
The Role
A two pronged sales approach of gaining the client's commitment to introducing the benefits package through their payroll and then recruiting the staff onto the benefits programme. Many of the clients are national accounts where you are continually recruiting new employees.
About you
Your experience will come from a field based role; you will be driven and have the desire to sell through excellent customer service. You must have the ability to close the sale. You will be comfortable selling to board level and to all levels of staff. Flexible hours are required as some enrolments may need to take place early in the day or in the evening and there may be a few weekends involved. Both business-to- business sales experience and business-to-consumer will be considered for this role.
