Reporting to the Sales Director, you play a crucial role in the sales function. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for winning new customers across a broad spectrum of industries.
The role is focused on engaging with Irish companies at business owner and C-Suite level. You will be expected to undertake targeted outbound telesales campaigns to potential customers. Inside sales executives are tasked with using a consultative approach to selling, gaining a thorough understanding for the pains and goals of prospective clients.
This role will involve high levels of client interaction so you will be confident dealing with senior decision makers in SMEs from every sector of the economy. The role will also require a high-degree of self-sufficiency so you will need to be comfortable working on your own initiative and managing your schedule to achieve results.

In essence, Inside Sales Executives act as the voice of the company, helping to shape their position in the market nationwide. Using analytical skills, targeted outreach and making data driven decisions, you will help the organisation to operate more efficiently while also playing a key role in the company sales process.
This is an exciting and dynamic role and candidates are expected to help refine and shape the Inside Sales function as a whole as the company grows. From the outset your daily responsibilities will include:
Developing over a period of time a steady pipeline of leads that can be converted into live borrower applications on the site.
Using analytical skills and initiative to identify key sales verticals to drive pipeline.
Managing customer relationships & ensure successful customer outcomes.
Guiding customers through the onboarding process explaining clearly what is required to feature on the platform.
Identifying and clarifying issues while working collaboratively with customers to achieve prompt resolutions.

Representing the company at industry events and trade shows in order to forge connections and identify leads.
Serving as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional who ticks the following boxes:
Hungry, self-motivated, enthusiastic, organised and results-oriented.
Minimum 2 years experience in a telesales environment.
Excellent communications, documentation, presentation, computer and telesales skills.
Proficiency in all phone, email and online sales techniques,prospecting tasks utilizing CRM (Zoho preferable), LinkedIn, contact database management, email marketing and other sales tools.
Comfortable and confident in being measured and compensated against quality lead metrics.
Strong desire to work in sales.
Previous B2B sales experience would an advantage.
