B2B Inside Sales Rep: Basic: €25k OTE: €40k Dublin

Established in 2010 by professionals from within the IT and Telecoms industries IP Telecom lead the way in VoIP Telephony to both SME and Corporate markets. Providing tailored business solutions along with excellent service and support to their customers. Currently expanding their sales team and require a Business Telesales Representative to join their successful team

Key Responsibilities
• Pro-active sourcing of new revenue for the business by making outbound calls to develop new business channels and upsell to existing customers
• Communicating with senior decision makers
• Establishing business requirements customers
• Responding to email enquiries that are made from potential customers
• Reporting potential pipeline to /Sales Manager on a weekly basis
• Actively contribute to the development of the team culture
• To continually represent the company with honesty, integrity and good presentation
• Participate in marketing events to promote the business and source new clients

Key Skills/Experience
• Minimum 1-2 years telesales experience (telecoms would be an advantage)
• Proven track record of B2B sales
• Strong technical ability
• Excellent knowledge of telecommunications sector
• Strong experience working within telesales environment
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Self-starter/Confident
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to engage with businesses across various sectors
• Be a team player
• Excellent telephone manner
• PC Literate
• Excellent customer service
• Fluent written and spoken English
