Recruiter - Online Operations
Based in Dublin, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.
They require a Sourcer with 2 years’ experience of sourcing either agency or in-house to join them, initially on an 11-month contract, responsible for developing talent pipelines, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.

What experience is needed for this role?
* 2+ years of sourcing either agency or in-house.
* Expert knowledge of sourcing across several disciplines.
* Experience sourcing candidates for top IT / Online multinational companies.
* Advanced Boolean searching skills.
* Demonstrable ability to source candidates through a variety of creative means.
What would a general day involve?
* Liaise with hiring managers and recruiters to form tactical sourcing strategies to generate a pipeline of suitable candidates.
* Using Boolean searches, user groups, candidate referrals and networking to find candidates.
* Develop relationships and assist candidates through the recruitment process.
* Advance different ways to build talent pipelines and on sourcing campaigns.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to identify skill sets for niche roles and develop candidate pipelines for target skill sets.
* Update data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
* Regularly track pipeline activity to share.
