Role: Technical Sales Account Manager
Reporting to: Sales & Technical Manager - Ireland
Location – Home based
Key role function brief:
Delivery of new business targets in line with the commercial strategy.
Protect the revenue base in our current account portfolio in line with customer retention plan.
To provide product category support to sales colleagues to allow cross selling of our product portfolio.
Actively manage contribution to the CRM database, and prepare monthly update reports for review.
Work closely with the commercial team in developing and externalising the Brockley Group and Product brands.
Support any PR / marketing projects, including exhibitions and training seminars.
Contribute positively and professionally to the SHEQ, Culture, Communication and Values of the business
A detailed knowledge of the Solvents & Chemical industry.
Experience selling into the Pharma, Agri or General chemical industry with a proven record of delivering sales targets.
Demonstrable experience of direct customer service and account management.
Experience in managing multiple corporate accounts including sales negotiations, account management and renewals.
Demonstrable record of delivering substantial sales growth with a team.
The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, using your expertise to engage with customers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrates use of initiative to drive tenaciously and innovatively for outstanding results.
An adaptable team player who thrives on challenge and welcomes change.
Third level degree in a Sales, Business or similar field is desirable but not essential
Excellent IT and administration skills.
Experience working in a Quality compliance company
Experienced in ERP systems & information update and implementation
Good knowledge of Office Suites
