The successful candidate will be responsible for all primary sales activities, from lead generation through to close, across various industries. Collaboratively, with the marketing department the candidate will develop and implement an agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding the customer base. The candidate will work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
While working alongside a professional and experienced sales team this role also comes with great in depth training that gives you, the successful candidate, the tools and knowledge to succeed in this role.
- This role is both office and field based
- This is a full time permanent position
- Payment is DOE with an uncapped commission
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create qualified opportunities by out-bound calling potential customers, and converting incoming customer enquiries
- Collaborate with the Sales Team in order to build a sales pipeline
- Follow up on marketing campaigns executed and offer feedback on same
- Continuously build a network within, existing and related organisations in order to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with our partners
Skills and Requirements
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent, ideally in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or IT discipline
- Career orientated with ambitions to progress within the Company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work to a deadline or target
- Drive and motivation to succeed
Remuneration
- OTE of €40,000 per annum
