Confetti is Ireland's leading Bridal Magazine and Website. We print 4 seasonal titles each year and 2 one off magazines 'Confetti's 25 Irish Weddings' and 'Confetti Honeymoon and destination weddings'. Our website is rapidly growing and we are the only bridal brand on the market which has a successful print and online story. We are looking for someone to join the Confetti team to sell our Online Packages. 

• Selling advertising to potential clients over the phone.
• You will have weekly KPIS to hit each week such as sales revenue, calls and average sales order value.

What do you need for the role?

• Must have some amount of  sales experience
• Strong negotiation, influencing and people skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work as part of a team and support others in the company
• Can-do positive attitude to deliver exactly what we promise to our advertising clients
• Willingness to listen and understand client needs and offer top-notch customer service.
• Keen interest in attention to detail and always being professional
• An ability to self motivate and be proactive with a focus on success
