Field Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager required to join our successful team.
Following a structured sales process, you will attend qualified meetings with decision makers in order to present Almas Industries’ solutions and close new business.
Generate high-quality and profitable business from a wide variety of industry sectors and sizes within your designated sales territory. As a new business sales executive conducting most of your work field based, you will be expected to manage your time effectively, track your selling activities, manage contact information for sales prospects and your existing clients and schedule meetings with prospects within your sales territory.
You'll be selling interesting solutions, from fingerprint access control, to CCTV and intruder alarm into a market that is growing. Our customers enjoy a full service solution and pay on a monthly basis, thereby making our technology affordable and effective for the SME market.
Targets ramp up for the first four months during training. Activity targets include sitting around 8-10 appointments per week, 1.5 deals a week will easily see you hit your monthly target.
Some appointments will be provided, but we are looking for new business hunters, who enjoy opening up opportunities and relish the thrill of close.
Package: Salary will be commensurate with experience. You'll be well rewarded for your hard work with an uncapped commission structure. Company car/ allowance, mobile, laptop and Ipad.
You'll be joining a successful and established team, that celebrate each other's wins and have great support from the National Sales Director.
Field based, you will be expected to travel in and around your sales territory which will be Munster and surrounding areas as required, and attend monthly sales meetings as necessary in the Dublin office.
Please don't apply if you have no field sales experience, it's prerequisite for the position. While you don't need experience within the security field, having experienced a consultative sell of a solution would be an advantage.
