Our client our looking for an enthusiastic Sales support Executive to join our team. The suitable candidate will contribute in generating sales for the company and will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. This role has day to day responsibility for sales support for the field team and customer services duties along with the renewal of the product subscriptions.

Duties and Key Responsibilities

Field Sales Support – Preparing quotes, engaging with suppliers, sales administration, processing sales order forms on internal systems and dealing with customer queries.
Working very closely with Field Sales team to provide excellent customer service.
Telesales – Regular out bounding to customer base.
Working alongside Field Sales Team to ensure customer has correct solution for their business requirements.
Regular meeting with supplier and customers to build on relationships.
Ensuring product contracts are renewed on a timely basis.
Ensuring PO’s are obtained from customers where applicable.
Negotiating with various suppliers to ensure the Company receive best price.
Deal registration with Suppliers.
Ensuring Company’s Standard Contract has been issued and signed. (Where applicable)
Ensuring the relevant Sales Reps have been made aware of their renewals on a timely basis and following up to ensure renewed in timely manner.
Duties and Key Responsibilities

Ensuring additions, cancellations and amendments are completed to Product database on a timely basis.
Management of supplementary information relating to contracts in a separate database.
Management of product database in CRM (Sales Management System).
Preparation of relevant documentation including risk analysis.
Reporting

Issuing weekly reports on moves and changes to contract database.
Issuing weekly reports on contracts that are overdue for renewal.
Advising Sales Reps of renewals in advance of renewal period.
Contract Profitability

Assisting field sales with contracts/subscriptions due for renewal in advance of renewal period and proposed value.
Liaising with Operations and Field Sales to review products and ensure customer has correct subscription.
This role is to co-ordinate between the relevant departments with overall responsibility to ensure renewal is timely.
Where applicable, add additional components to the renewal to uplift the value of the contract.
Ensure the customer is aware of all the support options that the Company can provide.
Systems

Main in-house GP system (Contract Data Base)
Sales Management System (CRM)
Operations helpdesk system (Solar Winds)
Person Specification

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic a team player and have previous experience in a sales role. Dealing with external customers and a good understanding of the sales process is also an advantage.

Skillset:

Sales/Sales support experience would be preferable
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Team player
Focused and self-motivated
Must be able to take ownership and responsibility
Specialised knowledge in the IT industry would be an advantage
