As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be tasked with creating sales of our client’s clinical chemistry analysers within the Spanish and Latin American markets.
Targeting hospital and clinical markets, you will introduce our client’s revolutionary diagnostic solutions, conduct regular customer visits to increase sales and develop in-depth knowledge of our client and their competitors.
Focusing on providing a great customer experience to enable sales growth, you will respond to queries in a timely and efficient manner and ensure strong relationships are created and nurtured.
Additionally, you will attend conferences and trade shows as required to help grow the business and network effectively.
As part of your role, you will be required to undertake regular international travel.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience of selling medical diagnostic devices or consumables to laboratories, hospitals or physicians’ offices
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Biochemistry, Chemistry, Life Science or Business related discipline
- A valid driving licence
As a Business Development Manager, you must be commercially aware with superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. A target driven approach and the ability to manage your time effectively is also key, as is the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
