Lites Group is seeking to recruit a /Cahs Collection Representative for a leading world famous client.
The Successful candidate will be required to call to existing customers to collect cash for previously made sales and also offering new promotions and products, building sales volume and managing customers' queries.
The role is as follows:
- 5 days per week, Tuesday to Saturday, calling to existing customers
- Hours – Tuesday to Friday 16:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays 12:00 – 17:00
- You will be required to discuss upcoming promotions with customers, build volume through these promotions and be the conduit where some customers can pay their bills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the collections process for your designated portfolio on a daily basis
- Lodge cash into the Company bank account daily
- Responsible for developing our Sales Volumes with our existing business in the territory
- Responsible for signing customers to our online payment option as per agreed targets
- Full Customer data base to be maintained daily on agreed software
- Reaching daily call targets
The desired candidate will be required to:
- Be results orientated.
- Live in the North Dublin area and have excellent local knowledge of the area.
- Have their own transport.
- Have experience dealing in a Customer Services / Customer Facing role in the past
- Be reliable – Previous experience in roles dealing with cash would be of benefit but is not a requirement.
- Have good communication skills – Builds effective links with head office and with the customer.
- Have sales ability – Candidates must demonstrate the ability to up sell new products and key promotions with existing and new customers.
- Have Strong Attention to detail.
- Has experience of using a Hand Held/Computer device for billing purposes in the past.
Remuneration:
Basic salary, plus performance targets and commission structure set in advance will be given that will enable the candidate to earn additional considerable financial rewards each week.
